Refunds
If you are not satisfied for any reason, report it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund. WP ADA Online Subscription refunds will be prorated and ALL refunds will have a 4% processing fee deducted. To avoid processing fees you may request a 7 day free trial before making a purchase.
Subscription Renewals
For the convenience of the customer, subscription purchases will be set to auto renew but may be cancelled or changed at anytime under the subscribers profile by selecting My Account > Manage Subscriptions.
Software Warranties and Disclaimers
The software we offer is provided “as is” without warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AlumniOnline Web Services LLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the software. In no event will AlumniOnline Web Services LLC be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate a website, even if AlumniOnline Web Services LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

In no event will AlumniOnline Web Services LLC be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages that may arise related to Web Accessibility of your website while using our software. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
AlumniOnline Web Services LLC reserves the right to limit the bandwidth, CPU and memory used while scanning websites with the WP ADA Compliance Online scanner. Web sites with an excessive number of images and/or link or that are found to be significantly impacting server performance may be throttled or blocked from using the online service.
Software Updates
Updates are available free of charge for the first year or for the period indicated on your purchase email. AlumniOnline Web Services LLC does not guarantee that updates will be distributed at any specific intervals.
